Hey zechariah, yep, you're totally right. I totally failed to mention where to actually get the Bibles. My mistake. OK, so the main resource that I found for Bibles is a sourceforge site where someone had uploaded bibles. Here's the link. sourceforge.net/projects/openlp/files/resources/frw/bibles/ Just download the Bible you need from there and install it into the bibles folder in the folder location your openlp files are in. You can also import Bibles from other software which could work too. Here's a how-to page from OpenLP to import Bibles that are in Opensong, Zephania, and osis formats. I did find more Bibles by searching for those as well, but you will have to follow the instructions to import those Bibles on the how-to page, which is located here. manual.openlp.org/bibles.html Hope that helps!
I just checked the new version of OpenLP. It's actually got a MUCH easier way to import Bibles. In the Bibles section in the left Library panel, there is a import Bibles icon. Looks like an arrow pointing down. The Import Bible wizard will pop up, then select "Web download" and you will have access to three resources (Crosswalk, Bible Gateway, and Bibleserver) with a ton of Bibles.
Can you kindly share the link to get the Bible file. Thanks in anticipation
It does not work. What version ate you using? I'm using 3.0.2 and IT DOESN'T WORK. It says NO INSTALLED BIBLE.
