Update: Nevermind, it tricked the system into accepting the files to upload but they’re all having processing errors now so still the same issue I started with 😢
Ouch! This video is just plain wrong... renaming a file does *not* convert its contents or type. However, you can open and select multiple files in *Preview* and then choose: _File_ --> _Export Selected Images..._ --> _Options_ --> _Format: JPEG_
Have you gone into the folder of all the pictures you want to change from raw? Highlight all pictures and click (File) and rename them for the format of your choice. Please let me know if that works. Thanks
