Hi, for the last 3 years I have been suffering from back pain and I took all the treatments for it, like allopathic medicines, ayurvedic treatment and even took physiotherapy. but no result. I have consulted many doctors including neurosurgery orthopedics and neurologists but I am not getting a proper solution for this. MRI report: L4-L5 - L5-S1 mild disc bulge. My Problem: Whenever I sit, a burning sensation will happen in my back. I can walk and climb stairs also but no problem but when sitting, then pain starts. Please let me know who can diagnose and tell the exact root cause. Can I visit again neuro logist

Finally currently I am doing back strengthening exercises, I suggest you to try these exercises it will help. I will inform you once I will get any doctor which helps us to get the root cause of our back pain issues
