Today I present to you the wonderful new light single engine piston airplane "F2". Ernst Steger, who is working as a sales representative for the company flight design, has invited me to fly with him and introduce me to the new airplane.
After a heavy shock to the company with the ongoing war and having to move most of its production capabilities from Ukraine to the Czech Republic, the F2 will be available on the market starting from 2023.
With this video me and Ernst would like to take you with us up into the airspace of Austria and show you what this airplane is capable of!

schön dokumentiert ! mein favorit war immer die pipistrel...nirgendswo konnte ich einen echten vergleichs test finden, denn diese beiden sind sehrserhr ähnlich, ausser dass die f2 den wirklich nötigen hintersitzen cargoraum hat. ein vergleich der flugeigenschaft der beiden waere wirklich interessant !

The F2 is a fantastic light sport aircraft. The interior space is very large and the Rotax 912is is very smooth. I took delivery of mine in March, 2022. I understand that there are many backorders in the US. Hopefully they restore production soon. I'd really like to see more of them in the air.
Hopefully the transition to the Czech Republic runs smoothly, therefor we should see the F2 more often in the air!

why does such a simple small day vfr only plane need so much avionics? its crazy clueless owner stuff to "show off". utter overkill with a substantial cost and weight penalty.

The over 1000 is really nice. You dont have to worry about fuel consumption travelling long distances!

Servus Tom, warum ließt du die Daten nicht durch? Ein Ul welches sehr nett ist, mit der F2 zu vergleichen ist schon ganz schön mutig. Ul gegen ein Certified EASA CS 23 / FAA Flugzeug zu vergleichen 😂 .
