- Another very useful tool was added to our workshop with the structure that we made this time. It is a ‘positioner table’ that can be useful for a great range of areas related to the MAKING of structures.

I never get tired of these. Totally mesmerizing. Extremely well filmed and edited as well as an amazing project.
Thank you! :)
Very resourceful, creative, and inventive. He must have been a mechanical engineer in a previous life. I've been on many youtube channels on fabrication and I've never seen so many watching them as I've seen on this one.
“The decline of handicrafts in modern times is perhaps one of the causes for the rise of frustration”
― Eric Hoffer, The True Believer: Thoughts on the Nature of Mass Movements
Hoffer explains why this channel is so popular, People are just dying to create something from scratch and if this not possible then the next best thing is to watch someone else create something from scratch. I'll never have the need for a rotary positioner table but nonetheless I have to admit that I find these videos are satisfying to watch.
I love the way your cutting tools just chew through thick steel like its wood.
Sped-up footage can do amazing things. :)
I have one of those. They do cut extremely well, but the shavings/curlings, whatever you want to call them are VICIOUS. Not for the home garage shop.
Your ideas are wonderfully imaginative.
I see at 5:05 the ground clamp is attached to the main frame during that particular welding operation. That hookup takes the welding current thru the ball bearings, and sparking on the ball surfaces as it goes. Is that ok, or am I missing something?
I noticed when you weld you leave your arms uncovered. I get welder-flash really bad when I do that.
I watch a lot of youtube maker videos but this channel as a very special something. I am always amazed by the effectiveness of the designs. Well done!
Great build and design. And light weight enough to move around as needed! Thumbs up
Thank you! :)
Every Build you do makes me feel more Inadequate then I felt before ... Another Awesome and Useful Build...
Thank you! :)
Guys I am amazed by your creativity, and by the non-standard flight of thought. Well done, keep it up!
Always get a kick out of your videos. Thank you for posting.
next to the in floor workbench, this is the coolest tool ive seen you make! yes sir, keep it up.
Hell, I had forgotten about that one. Not exactly renter friendly though. Bummer. :(
Glad you like it! Thanks! :)
Sweet mother that's awesome. Unbelievable build brother!
Thank you! :)
Awesome build and soundtrack as usual! Liking the blue paint. Can't wait to see more of that tracked contraption at the end!
You have all the tool you need to create all the tool you need! Φανταστική δουλειά παιδιά!
Ευχαριστούμε! :)
Very good! Tip: make some mechanical stops for the padels...keeps your foot pedal switches from breaking over time.
You have some serious talent. Have you ever thought about adding narration to your videos? The control system for the table is a project all by itself, it would be great to learn how to make it.
Dude awesome vids goes to show you don't have to buy something that sort of is what you need instead make what you need love it!
I'm not seen someone work perfect like this man 👍🏻 keep going
you are just shitting out cool projects atm. LOVE IT keep it going
Thank you! :)
the magnificent work they have done
And anyone that says fake is just jealous of your creative Genius and clever ingenuity.
what saw do you use along with blade and where did you get the motor and gear reducer for this? any chance of a plan with a materials list down to the controller?
Great project as always! Good job!
Thank you my friend! :)
Amazing work!
As usual , beautifully done. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! :)
How is the table grounded for welding, does the ground run through the motor?
Better to use a "wiper" ground on the shaft right below the table than going thru the motor. Arcs from the welding will fry the motor windings quickly! Look at any squirrel cage fan and you'll see that the motor is grounded to the fan body to prevent arcing across the bearings. "Floating grounds" cause more problems than most people realize.
coolest thing I have ever seen. makes me want one. awesome work.
Thank you very much! :)
I enjoy watching your videos. Good job
its a piece of art , gratz guys !!!
Thank you! :)
Very nice tool. You make it look so easy.

I truly enjoyed it, now you have a really nice piece of kit!!!! excellent video!
Thank you! :)
I love this channel. Great builds.
Thank you! :)
Great design as well as great skills, enjoyed video
That is awesome. What a great build! Looks like it could do with an extra 4:1 reduction perhaps. It doesn't appear to turn slowly enough for tig work and the like. Still superb.
amazon link to your welding machine, please...
I would love to have you teach some welding technique. The projects are great too, but every time I watch one I want to be able to do welds like yours.
this is the coolest channel
WOW Thank you! :)
Good job ,your welding is beautiful!!BRAVISSIMO!!!!!
Thank you! :)
Μπράβο Μάστορα !! Μας Συνήθισες Στο Πράσινο Χρώμα !!

Es usted todo un "Rey del Hierro ", tremendooo, no me pierdo uno de sus proyectos , de donde es usted?
This time blue!!! I love it...also if I was addcted for the green!
And also this time....YOU ROCK THE WORLD!!!
yeah, somethings' going on. One might suspect he's turning into a machinist, what with cleaning the parts in between steps and drilling from both sides ;-)
Thank you very much man! :)
sois muy profesionales, todos los acabados impecables!
Bravo!
What are those angled panels on the side with holes in them for?
Fudge, this is epic !
Blue looks awesome, I find green reminds me of Matthias Wandel :)
He didn't' paint it his green because he knew the welding splatter would mess up the paint and he couldn't stand the thought of an imperfect green tool!
;-D
In all seriousness, he is my new inspiration- if he had less videos I could spend more time building his creations instead of watching his videos!
Awesome build! great work!
Thank you! :)
nice! it looks HEAVY! great build as always!
Thank you! :)
Very cool! I’d like to ask: what are the angled side plates for with all of the holes in them?
That was another incredible build! I love this channel.
Thank you very much!

Responsibility of respectable work is not always about remarkable modernization.
Now and then it is only about doing rather with pure commitment.
Well done team…
Requesting you to work on agricultural equipment..
Thanks for great video
Great tool. Love this build.
Thank you! :)
I love you your cold cut saw, really want to get one. How often would you change the blade on average would you say?
You make some of the coolest stuff, stuff I never knew I wanted to see lol.
Thank you! :)

So how did you isolate the table for electrolytic erosion? Electrical current trough the bearings and gears undermines the hardening.
Amazing build man! and really nice video, not always people who build awesome stuff knows how to film and edit so well!
Thank you so much! :)
You make welding look so easy. What kind of welding machine do you have?
Thank you! :) Is Mig..
hi do you have plans for some of these projects as they would make it handy when making some of your handy tools ?
Awesome build man! Can't wait to see a video on the RC, looks like a bomb disposal robot!

Гениальный инженер! Гениальный мастер!

Do you guys own a scrapyard because that would explain a lot. Great build as usual!
Where did you get that chop saw? Is It a saw blade you are useing
Dude, your great!! Keep up the great work. Love your work.
Thank you very much!
Nice concept!
Thank you! :)
Great build video!
How much does that thing weight?
And what is that table for? Thank you for your videos. They are very inspiring. Regards from Argentina
I envy your shop and tools man. I can't wait to get to that point
Can you tell me more about your chop saw? Is that a special carbide blade?
Yes it is a carbide blade but also the saw is also different. You can't just buy the blade and put it on your abrasive chop saw. It's a cold cut saw.
Jimbo's Welding Shop Aka: The humble welder,
is it true that it must run opposite of the intended blade direction?
The motor used to rotate the face plate. is Dc or 3 phase AC. and what is the rating. How did u ensure motor isolation from welding circuit?
me sorprendio y me gustaria saber donde consigo esas maquinas de soldar y cortar gracias y muchas felicidades
brilliant work fellas
Thank you! :)
Where is your green paint guys? :'( Just jk, awesome work as always! :D
Level up.
Like BOSCH tools. Green color = amateur. Blue Color = Profesionnal.
