Just in case you don't have lip scrub and balm at the moment, mix sugar and honey to scrub your lips and apply a little amount of coconut oil as a balm on your lips...

Apply thick layer of Boroline/Vaseline, keep it on for 5 mins., meanwhile you can continue with the rest of your makeup. After around 5 mins. remove the layer with the help of a cotton cloth/tissue and you'll get smooth lips as if you just applied lip scrub. Lip scrub k paise bhi Bach jayenge 😊

here is one lip balm which doesnt leave an oily layer. i use it under all my drying, matte, liquid lipsticks. it is the wishcare ceramide lip balm and in the untinted varaint so it doesnt alter the original colour of the lipstick!

I apply Maybelline lip balm and Matt lipstick over it. The matt lipstick sets quite nicely, and doesn't smudge or budge. Don't know what Vaseline does but I guess it's oily and heavy, so I never apply Vaseline before lipstick. As for lip scrubs, it's impossible to apply scrub everytime I get ready 😅

If you have really dry lips, let the extra layer stay instead of wiping it off. Just dab v gently. Cuz if you've dry lips, your lips are gonna need that extra moisturisation otherwise it ends up cracking.
