Tried This and it doesnt work anymore. There is some changes in Aws settings and its not working for me

it works. just go into your console, erase all the cname and a records in your route 53 and try using this guys method. it will work. that was my error but immediately i moved hosting records to namecheap, everything clicked into place. hope it helps

Namecheap won't let you anymore to do this. They don't have that option anymore. They're forcing you basically to buy a certificate from them. You're better off to buy the domain name in aws now.
