    I absolutely love your channel. One question, what is your opinion on dumbbell or kettlebell versions for some of the exercises. Ex: what if one does dumbbell front squats, dumbbell rdls, dumbbell split squats, dumbbell single arm snatches or cleans?

      Thank you so much!! I love using dumbbells and kettlebells! The only problem is that sometimes they aren't heavy enough for the athletes, or when the DB / KB is heavy, they're very cumbersome to hold. It's just simpler to use a BB, easier to load, and makes the exercise smoother. But we still love DBs & KBs

    I would try farmers walk on ball of feet as well
