Cake Alchemy's Gingerbread Creation at NYBG

As part of the Holiday Train show, each year The New York Botanical Garden reaches out to local bakers to create delicious and eye catching gingerbread creations. We visited Cake Alchemy in lower Manhattan as they got to work on their glacier fantasy house, complete with sliding penguins!
