- A flood emergency continued to cause havoc in parts of Minnesota, Iowa and South Dakota as rivers remained swollen and communities looked more like lakes. More rain was in the forecast. NBC News' Adrienne Broaddus reports.

Most Red states are very mixed, just like Blue ones. Democrats are suffering for this too. 😑 My home state is being ravaged as a consequence of our species’ collective stupidity (Democrats also take bribes from Big Oil.
