I think the Chrysler tower there is just used as the building shape of Chrysler building in New York, and this was special there and it has interesting towers that has built by the New York style there, but these things still travel so crazy and the buzz was crazy too that it feels like a high speed elevator there.
If you want to film the rollercoaster all you have to do is ask management... Most of the time they say yes, and will give you a press release. The main reason they have the rule is so people won't accident drop their cell phones trying to get that "totally cool" pic while on the ride... They mostly don't have a problem with mounted cameras or if you ask.
