동물과 식물이라고 정의하는 것은 생명체인가?
동식물 이외의 것은 생명체라 할 수 없는 것인가?
오직, 동식물 만이 생명체인가?
생명체는 양분을 섭취하므로 생명을 유지할 수 있는 것이 라면, 양분은 생명체인가 ? 아닌가?
생명체는 타 생명체를 음식으로 섭취하므로 생명을 유지하는 것이라면, 양분 또는 생명체라 할 수 있지 않을까?
동물과 식물은 유기물인데, 동물과 식물의 생명을 유지시켜 주는 것은 무기물인가?
유기물인 동식물은 무기물과 유기물을 생명유지 양분으로 섭취하여야 만이 생존할 수 있는가?무기물을 생명체라 할 수 있는가?
오늘, 나는 유기물과 무기물을 요리해서 맛있게 먹으며, 행복하게 생명을 유지한다.
아니, 타 생명체들을 요리라는 이름으로 조합하여 먹으며, 생존을 지속한다.
인간은 아니, 생명체는 타 생명체를 음식으로 즉 사체를 섭취하여 생명을 유지하는 생존적 잔인성을 가질 수 밖에 없는 것인가?
