Nathan Roney , It would be difficult as the dehydrator could not dry it fast enough before the eggs would go bad. The reason you can dehydrate jerkey is the salt content. Dehydrated fruits and veggies work out fine, but they lose their color, shape and take a long time to rehydrate... I have an excalibur dehydrator and a HarvestRight Freeze Dryer... The only thing I use the dehydrator for anymore is for making jerkey and fruit leathers.
can you freeze dry honey or just dehydrate it and make it a powder to make cotton candy
