At the end of round 4, do you slip stitch in the single crochet, the chain 1 space or the double crochet? Your video says to slip stitch in the beginning stitch, but the written pattern doesn't say to slip stitch, so your instructions have me a little confused.

I made the correction, Rnds 4-11: sl st into the chain space, sc into the next chain space, ch 1, dc, ch 1, in the next chain space, 2dctog, *Repeat around
