Look it’s obvious even he knows it’s an assassination attempt, but the thing is he’s the president making a speech about it. When you’re in such a high position of power, you literally CANT say anything too inflammatory on either end. There’s no way Biden actually is doubting if it is or isn’t, he just really can’t say that it has to be on live air because who knows what such a declaration could lead to next.

One wild speculation is that it was a false flag staged by Trump himself to mobilize his supporters. While unlikely, it remains a remote possibility given Trump's history of lies and deception. Until all the evidence is known, the media is acting responsibly and leaving the conclusions to the Secret Service and other law enforcement agencies. I know you may be accustomed to Trump's Fake News and all the wild accusations thrown around, but this is how real journalism is done. We know what we know when we know it, but until we know for sure, we use terms like possible or potential.

Shooter knew exactly where the stage would be and the exact distance. Trump was hit on one of the first shots fired. The shooter knew the exact ballistic calibration for elevation at that distance. Wind drift is much harder to account for at that distance. The shooter was only off by inches. This seems like it was an experienced sniper that just missed by accident. Sounds like a professional hit to me!

He said "possible assassination attempt" which isn't him downplaying it or saying it's not. It's just political talk for a developing story because for all we know it could've been something different. But it definitely appears to be an assassination attempt. We don't have the motive of the shooter yet. An investigation still needs to be conducted.
As a Biden supporter I expected trump to get arrested after 34 felonies. But I've never expected this incident. The act of violence is the worst thing happening in America. But now we should get together and stop the gun violence. We are the United States of America.

Responsible journalism and public commenting never states something as fact until they have the facts and proof to back it up (such as official statements from a law enforcement official on the record). Otherwise, they can possibly be sued for libel or lose all credibility if they’re wrong. It’s irresponsible to state something like that as fact until proven by the proper authorities (like the Secret Service).
