We've been together 15 years but, he was delayed in MX because it took a year to ask for more information, applications are confusing to the applicant & Officer Clerk handling the case. The first application was denied in record but we were encouraged to complete another application other than. I was having medical issues going through hardships. The Failed INS Service took a year to ask for more information and a year for an appointment so he could get home. 6/16 to 11/18 in Mexico. Attorneys are ripping people off. I went through the process myself and it's not applicant friendly.
