The incorporation of woodwinds and mallet percussion gives this an incredibly beautiful and playful tone perfectly fitting of 10’s setting. I love this remake. You did a phenomenal job.
I tell you this, farming battles with THIS playing the background would make the experience SO much more pleasant. The OG and remade soundtracks are nostalgic and nice, but THIS is fantastic!

I just found this while searching for FFX battle theme orrchestra for funzies to see if anyone has come up with anything. I like how you stayed true to the original but spiced it up, I especially love the marimba or some similar instrument you use at 0:42. But I still think the mix of techno/rock(and orchestra would be cool) style is maybe the way to go for this theme and I really like what the remastered did with the track. But that's not to say this isn't an astounding orchestrated version and I enjoy listening to it. I just can't see what the gameplay/graphics would be to fit this version, mainly due to the 0:42 part which is funny cause it's the best and unique part of this version. Will definitely check out your other stuff!

Do you do requests? I'm sure finding the time to work on music like this is very difficult and time consuming, but I feel like I want to hear SO many songs redone by you.
Hey Justin! Thank you for the support! I used to take requests on Patreon, but it came to a point where it impeded my creativity more than fueling it. I have a hard time to finish projects as it is, so I'm trying to focus on smaller productions and just kind of 'go with the flow', however corny it may sound. But if you want to suggest something I'm always open to discover something new!

Out of all the FFX battle theme's I've heard, this, by far, exceeds them all. Not even exaggerating one bit. Phenomenal work!

It just captured the more adventerous overall theme of FFX with Tidus being the ever optimistic hero, so perfect.

Great version! I feel like the Remaster version failed to retain the epicness of the original. This sounds even more epic than the original.
