Lol he lost like 40 pounds since March madness
The feastables badge on the hornet jersey 💀🤣
At first i thought he was going to talk about zion💀
the year he came out HS he was the 3rd best prospect in the state of SC...behind Zion and another guy (i think Ja Morant).
He just need the RIGHT Coach behind him I can see him playing football to good luck Big Homie
Can someone tell me how bro is only 275 pounds? Looks 300+ easily to me
He is 330
Yes let’s put a 6’9 person in front of your QB.
I mean if he a tackle then he at the end at least he ain’t right in front idk😂
You know who King Dunlap and Trent a Williams are? You should go search em 😂up
@@MechanicalheartbeatRPM I mean I’d rather have him on the D Line is what I’m insinuating.
@@bighawaii no doubt. He a hooper tho . Might not be physical enough
@@MechanicalheartbeatRPM yeah you’re right you gotta be a different type of animal to be on the D line.
Here after he lost
👇
There’s a lot of big dudes that have player O Line their entire life and can’t block well enough to be in the NFL. BUT I like the kid and want to see him succeed in whatever he choose. But in his own words it sounds like he’d go overseas before he tried football. Either way I wish him nothing but the best. Seems like a really good dude.
Love your channel and collection
His motor is too low to play pro football. He consistently refused to be active during the plays
You don't need a motor to be an offensive lineman. You're just looking for a criticism
@@wilez3219 I played LT, you definitely need a motor. D lineman are physical specimens these days and will eat you up if you ain't turning like a driveshaft
@@dailyjuce I played nearly every position on the field. Not to belittle the position it is not completely necessary for left tackles to have a high motor.
@@wilez3219 I thought left tackles were the most important position on the offensive line ? If ur getting your qb killed.. you are finished early
@@jaydrains2247 the most important position is the quarterback. The most important unit on the field is the offensive and then defensive line. What does that have to do with the comment? The high motor is not needed to complete a blocking assignment
Zach Randolph 2.0 should go pro. Make more money have a longer career no brain damage. Wishing him the best of luck either way
He’s on the cavs right now😭
How could you not like this guy? I hope he does well in whatever he does.
People will find any reason to dislike someone
I sat next to bro at the Knicks playoff game 1 series 1 against the 76ers he’s a cool ass dude, actually a beast of a human being! Good Luck with your career Dj!!
“If he would get up to 300 lbs”!! That’s 3 meals and 5 snicker bar for him😂
I played football with a guy who was a D1 basketball player and he transitioned to football. He was a pretty good tight end. Good enough to have a cup in the league. A bigger cup than mine. Back in my day there were a lot of multi sport athletes. The youth has definitely become more specialized. I think I would’ve gotten bored, but I will never know I played every sport available.
I saw him play and beat Duke in Dallas. It was a grinding game but he was still a monster and separated himself against everyone else.
Lakers could use him. He's worth at least a a late 1st. or second round pick.
They love him at NC State thats for sure. Seeing him play for the Wolfpack on the gridiron would have been awesome and must see TV
This guy's a beast in the paint, either way... I believe he will succeed in both sports 🙏
This dude is a specimen for real. If he gets in the NBA and starts honing himself against the pros then he could be a dominant force.
I don't know how hard learning T techniques are, but oh boy definitely has prototype size and athleticism for it. And it PAYS more than he'll make in bball
The feet can make him successful, but his heart is the most important. asset he can have. I'm rootin for him to succeed. 👍
DJ is a beast. 6'8 350...... has plenty of Speed especially for that size. Nobody would want to line up against him
It takes more than size to be a dominant OT. To think otherwise is a insult to other OT.
Off that quick clip of him i like his personality
Just like George Fant, played college ball locally at wku and has started at LT in the NFL for YEARS now.
man was built to protect the blindside
Always good to have options in life.
I like how he was in those Hornets and Panthers jerseys. I feel there was something being implied
Similar size to my boy Bryant McKinnie✊💪
He already 300lbs. Those college measurements are not fooling me.
It’s a totally different sport. Wishing this kid great success on his passion!! God bless 🤛🏼🙏🏼🔥
But but but ... Austin rivers said it's impossible to play both sports!?!
He's got options...good for that young man. I enjoyed his run in the tournament.
Whatever you choose it was a pleasure to watch you play basketball. Don't know if you are a senior but if not please stay 1 more year at NCSU. We need you
I'm not sure why they don't see basketball players as defensive tackles for very similar factors to why they see them as an offensive tackle.
Wish this young man success no matter what he decide to do
Couldn’t have chosen any better of an instrument 👏🏾👏🏾
His foot work and personality got $$$$$ signs all over it!!!!!!!😂😂❤❤
Love seeing him in Hornets/Panthers gear lol
Joe Alt out of Notre Dame is already 6’8 325lbs so this kid playing in the NFL at his size wouldn’t be an anomaly. Alt just turned 21 and was a top 5 pick as a tackle.
Dude played better than Bronny
No, he has already said he will never play football.
Rootin for you bro.. whatever the endeavor 👊🏾
275 my butt. Dude is already 300+ easy.
Football gonna fuck his life up frfr
Great personality as well . I swish the brother success on anything he decides to do
Size and Nimble Feet make him a worthwhile prospect, project.
I like how dude is like hey yo add 25 lbs, and you we'll be "one of the most dominant, " like Pro LT is so easy. He needs to be like 330 since 6ft 9. I would love to see him get and take a shot at Pro football. Last i heard , he's down to 235 for his NBA pro shot.
I think he’d make a great tight end. He’s big with good hands. The only question might be his speed and blocking ability:
His footwork is crazy, he must be nice on O-line or D-line, if he was a smaller player it might be a bad choice but with his size and ability he’ll have a long career in football
I'd be stoked to see him on any Carolina team.
Being tall is one thing. Being physical enough to handle those dudes trying to run thru you is another thing.
Just being big doesn't necessarily translate into being a GOOD football player - especially if you don't play it. As a lifelong Vikings fan, the O-line hasn't been dominant since 1998. Plenty of large humans who didn't block very well, unfortunately. There's A LOT more to it than just being big.
Best of luck to whatever comes youre way young man... ❗️❗️❗️🙏
He’s light on his feet for sure I think he would
Be a good nfl tackle if he gets the technique down
It will be hard for him to adapt to that kind of grind and plus that's a different kind of contact.
dude sounds like such a great guy, best of luck in whatever field he chooses
Dude would be the most unstoppable TE ever.. forget playing OT
Thought it was Fanum for a sec😂😂😂
Great response from him in the end
You Can't Tell Me This Instrumental Isn't Hot -(Getcha Freak On) Timberland 🔥🔥🔥
Jimmy Graham, Antonio Gates and Tony Gonzalez made this transition as tight ends so this guy at any tackle position is gonna wreak some serious havoc
I know for football it might be better to be a little bit on the heavy side but if he keep his weight or lost he might be faster to the QB if that is what they want him to do
Dj Horne 💀
