Both related to eachother and fighting as student siblings. Imagine the pain Jiraya would feel, and that's exactly what this song expresses.
I love this song to me, it represents the final fight between two brothers and an end to Itachi's suffering... knowing that Sasuke was going to kill him must have been such a comfort to him... ... and then when Sasuke does kill him and he realises what his brother done for him... he sheds tears for him... it has got to be one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever heard...

It's tracks like this that make you realize good quality music is timeless. I've played and listened to all sorts of Naruto games and OSTs, and yet there's something particularly special about this piece. It was used when Sasuke Fought Itachi and it was used in Ultimate Ninja Impact during the pain arc. When you're listening to it, you can just feel all the pain, sorrow, etc that led up to right before the track is played, and in the heat of the moment, you also know that you're both acknowledging and attempting to understand everything that happened, but you're also trying to put a stop to it all and fight for a better tomorrow. That's what i get from this track anyways...
Screw Storm 3. Both Storm 2's story AND music trump that of Storm 3's. Plus, I think Storm 2 had the perfect character roster, a good amount of characters and not too much, while Storm 3 had many duplicates and such that just seemed unnecessary (though the inclusion of the Kages and Madara was pretty awesome). The story in Storm 3 seemed to drag out for me, though I did like a good chunk of it (especially the hidden story of Minato and Kushina), while Storm 2's story had my favorite arc (The Invasion of Pain Arc) and some of the best battles on the show.
