Wish some company would make a Ft13th boardgame, with some miniatures. There is one called "Friday the 13th: Horror at Camp Crystal Lake", but it's very simple.
hey thank you very much, I really appreciate that, sorry that there's so many videos dropping on a regular basis here, it must be hard to stay caught up
I enjoyed the Halloween board game that came out last year very much, for a light and breezy kinda game. The best mechanic was the mechanic where Michael can appear and disappear in front of survivors as he moves past them. My one improvement would be that there was an actual game play reason to do this, ie every time he appeared and disappeared survivors became more afraid, making them easier to hunt.
Spot, several thoughts came to mind. 1. To expand the gameplay, why not once Michael is about to reach the end of the board (the Haddonfield side), make notes where the characters and everything was placed at that moment and turn over the board. And have the game continue with the other side yet now Michael has to travel the hospital. So, place the characters and everything right where they were supposed to be just in the opposite side of the board and keep playing till the end. 2. Since all these games are the same just add one more board or both of the others and keep the game going. ...you could even have a next set of characters from that board ready to continue the game. As if Michael crossed the movie and that goes for said players. And/or either when Michael gets defeated, either leep the game going with another killer or once the current killer reaches the end of the board, the other from the next movie takes his place. 3. As for all the items and rules...There´s common practice that the players decide prior to starting game to implement their own rules and/or change them. That´s the time to reduce or eliminate certain items of the game.
I bought the other two Stop the Killer board games but unfortunately I wasn’t able to purchase this one due to licensing issues - it wasn’t able to be sold to me as I live outside the US and Canada, which was a bummer as I had the intention of collecting them all.

The best thing about this is the box and game board art.
This game is a must buy for me if Loomis gets progressively more insane over the course of playing the game.

@@Jason_Fisher Hey, I live in Canada but can ship to you if you want.
It was actually Mr. & Mrs. Elrod with the knife/sandwich scene. Mr. Garrett is the maintenance man who gets the hammer.

Great review as always spot!! Will you be reviewing the newest universal monster turtles??
You're definitely right about size and art work but IMO that game is way too confusing & kinda lame. I'd have to pass on that one. Price??
