Those who know know, I've had many cars, still have few, each for its own purpose, but I've never owned a vehicle as reliable and maintenance friendly as the Echo. I'm in love with it
I love it so much man, today this cop got on my ass on my way home, guess I gota stop sending it for a while now 😂 he turned left on the stop sign, he must have been feeling nice
Where did you get that supercharger and where can I get one I have a 2000 echo that I love and I've put some work into and I'd like to make some more power
There is a noticeable kick in acceleration after 2750 rpm. Haven't had the opportunity to test fuel economy numbers (barely driving during the virus) but they are not much affected.
[Update] Fuel economy is unaffected. It actually has gotten better since the installation, but that could be attributed to a number of other factors. I am getting 6.9 to 7.1L/100km city/hwy + summer/winter
TPS. There are 3 settings on the control dial (OFF, ~15%, ~30%, and ~60%) I recommend putting an RPM-based switch in-line ; the engine doesn't like the supercharger being on below ~2200 rpm
Hi from Greece, Very nice vid. i have a Diahatsu terios k3ve , and i got a blitz supercharger for k3 like yours . I also got a Greddy ultimate ecu and i am ready to put them on. I want to ask you at what rpms do you have boost? I need boost as low as it's possible.
Wow, nice! I didn't know of such a car - this engine is truly everywhere! I am currently without a pressure gauge, but I estimate 2,500 rpm to 4000rpm is the sweet spot. But because the electric clutch activation is triggered by accelerator position, you can absolutely notice its effect as low as 1,500 rpm. With an e-mange system you should be able to tune better for this lower rpm for sure. Despite all this, I most enjoy using the supercharger at 60 to 150 kph in 3rd and 4th gear!
Hi i got a question. Do You put any ecu or pigiback? Or only supercharger and injectors on stock ecu. Im doing supercharger on my yaris and dosent know i need ecu.
@@koksenglim5353 No idea! But I think Jimze is rebuildable. Blitz is not. Check out Yarisworld website, lots of people have described their experiences with both!

Hey man I wanted to know how the supercharger clutch is being cotrolled? Is it TPS or RPM based?

Hi i got a question. Do You put any ecu or pigiback? Or only supercharger and injectors on stock ecu. Im doing supercharger on my yaris and dosent know i need ecu.
I installed a piggyback that came with it. Stock ECU does work without piggyback but I don't think long term would be a good idea.
@@Petelecaster Ok thank You 😀
I need more videos of the end result!!!!
Where can I buy that supercharger??? Send me the link plz
I think it is discontinued, but check around facebook. I have seen a few people passing them around.
where did you get your supercharger from?
Bought it used. Check out the forums, facebook groups, fan groups etc. They pop up every now and then!

I have the same car but without the turbo 😭😭😭😭
Hello Friend! Please tell me, did you change the control unit? Is the engine tripled due to the replacement of injectors?
A fuel controller is wired in parallel with orginal electronic control unit/module. The injectors are not much larger (only extra 20 to 30 cc/minute)
can u put a link for the supercharger kit?
Such a link does not exist :(
