Hi Bob! As long as you are expecting a lot of quiet time and great food, you will LOVE it! It was a real treat to have such good food and such high quality ingredients. Try to get into Marble & Co more than once if you can - it was insanely good. Sakura (Asian) was also crazy popular but we were able to sneak into Fil Rouge one night for a meal and it was delish. I will do a mini food video so stay tuned for that. (I freely admit I was more focused on consumption than video production - sorry - it happens)

As a retired chef, I am looking forward to some wonderful dining. My wife and I are both foodies and we cannot wait to sample what they have on offer. @ the caviar was Oscietre. Not sure if that’s good or not but I enjoyed it. Also enjoyed all the included Chardonnay’s (there were 3 - the California one was the best IMO, surprisingly, over French and Italian). I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
