Well what’s amazing, is you can take measurements all day long, but you have to have a very precise visual perspective in regards to perfect portioning beforehand. I mean you would have to keep asking yourself “how would caddilac have done this from the factory”? Until you got it spot on before cutting. Plus, I’d love to know what he does about the door glass, because I don’t think a 80’s coupe DeVille glass would work due to different angles and body style.
Loved this interview. Topo is a REAL artist & I appreciate the way he conducts himself- nice & humble despite being known so widely for his contributions. Nice content Nacho, keep it up man much support to you!
Thanks brother! I know I could ask this or that, and believe me I could ask a million questions, but I'm just a guy with a camera who is passionate about lowriding..
Topo is a legend!! He has done some great work in the car industry and has continued to strive with awesome builds. Very humble guy and wishing him much success!!!
He makes these fleetwoods look right at home in a coupe version. I’m really curious to know what he does about the extended door glass. I imagine it would be a donor part from a different car, unless he has a company actually custom cut them?
I remember seeing Topo pull up in one of the 2dr Cadillac FW to the barber shop where I used to go in Paramount on Rosecrans in the mid-late 90s. It wasn't complete but it was definitely a game changer. I had a 95 Lincoln Town Car on Daytons then. I wish I could have been able to make a 2dr of it.
Bruhhhhhh I been waiting on an interview like this about topos work wowwwwww big ups to the interview and the history in the makin 💯 keep up the good work
This cooler than f$%k I love the way you said it there is no right way or wrong way you do it for the love of the game thank you guys for documenting this guys work.🙌👏✌️
living in walnut park my whole life "huntington park" i remember growing up ,seeing that peach cadillac by the alley where homies hydrolics got started, i remember my mom would pick up her check at latchford glass compamy down the street ,i always said i will have one, i even remember seeing the peach caddy in a homies hydrolic ad in low rider magazine growing up,im not too far in age but young and no feria growing up ,all you can do is look foward to one day....,im interested in one of your builds,i remember driving my bobtail truck on a delivery off the 605 and remembering seeing a 2 door broham .....i was like "2 dr chrome rockers".......haha...., crazy not knowing same builder .good to see this vato still doing his thing, firme work.i would like to meet this vato and one day and talk about me owning one of his builds ,never to be sold .
Who remembers the trophy car in 2000/2001? Nobody. 😉👌 The Need For Speed Mustang was awesome. That movie was great. My favorite part was the driving/chase through the gas station.
I remember those Cadillacs you made into two door hard top and Convertible back in the day. I always said that that TOPO Cadillacs are the best period.
Phenomenal work and not an easy conversion. I still prefer the 4 doors in the mid 90's Fleetwood but nothing beats the mid 80's 2 doors with 90 brougham parts. Best low lows from the 80's.
I remember when this body style first came out. I wanted one in the worst way, but I also immediately wondered why they didn’t manufacture a two door from the factory being that I’ve always been a coupe DeVille guy.
I met Topo 2 years ago in Vegas at the Super Show and I followed him around for an hour, begging him to do my 96 Fleetwood and he told me no, I'm so I'm happy to know he's back in the game. Hopefully I'll see him this year in Vegas so we can figure it out. Love your video sir God bless
So the old prices about 10 years ago were 25g to make it a two door and 25g to make it a convertible according to bow tie connection in cali when I talked to them but I was told they stopped doing it at that time. Nice to see a few more get out on the street bro🤙
Topo i called him back in 07 to send my lacc out to cali to get that custom 2 door lacc done to my ride it would have cost me 10k back then...i should have got it done...but topo was the first to do it much respect to homie..til the wheels fall off.
I like the fact that homies genuine. He 💯through and through. Ain’t no fraud in him. One day God bless, I’ll be able to have him build me one, cause wow…!!!!
Bro theres no doubt what your doing is dope that Fleetwood body style is clean with the 2 door . My only issue is that your overlooking something . Holmes I've got a 1999 El Dorado on 18inc standard spokes I guess there some type of china's. I know they ain't Daytons . The car's front wheel drive not juiced or nothing. I know some people only consider juice rides lowriders . I I ain't one of those people . Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to take nothing from you dude I've been a prepper and a painter in a body shop my hole life since I was 15 and I'm 42 now. So I certainly appreciate your work. Alls I'm saying is don't sleep on El dorados cuz we still out here ✌️
The amount of skill and engineering that goes into this, is mind blowing!!!!

Topo does great work; I love his convertibles! They look "factory."
Topos’s 2-door conversions are legendary. Right on man, glad to see more on the blvd, peace!
One humbled guy, stay blessed Topo
