I don't even understand how who someone could hate this music, and I believe they are missing out on a lot with that mindset... I always introduce ppl to Chillstep/Dubstep/Ambient/Trance, and they usually are blown away. I just make sure to have really good sound, of course... I crank this all day everyday, and it greatly enhances my mood and my work!

I feel I need to correct this: this "melodic dubstep" is actually just "dubstep." This is what the genre sounded like since its inception over a decade ago. This is the "classic" type of dubstep, though it's a bit trancy, as well. The stuff that Skrillex makes is what's called "dirty," and oldschool dubstep fans call that kind of stuff "brostep." It tries to be as heavy, dirty, and wub-wubby as possible, which is NOT how original, classic dubstep was (which originated in the UK). Way too many people think that Skrillex and his ilk is how dubstep is supposed to sound or normally is.
