When this case first came out, I read that the court was not trying to find out whether he made a payment for her agreement to not talk about the issue between them, because doing so was not illegal. I wonder if the court will make her give back all of the money that he paid her, since she completely violated the terms of the agreement? It seems that the many, many cases that the Democrats have orchestrated against Trump since he was in office were legally weak cases and were done mainly to try to embarrass him and possible to keep him from being elected again.
