Brother I think the sheikhs name was Muhammad ibn salih Al uthaymeen not salih ibn uthaymeen. I am not sure why the name salih ibn uthaymeen is used. As long as I am correct, uthaymeen is an honourific title given to him and Salih was his fathers name. Correct me if I am wrong.
So be grateful that the brother is posting these videos for people that don’t know or want to increase in knowledge. There is no reason for this comment. May Allah guide us.

Perhaps he is new to Islam or he grew up in an area with few people of knowledge. We should always assume good of our brothers and be grateful that we have knowledge they may not have been given.
