  • If you're looking for some help on how to change the battery on a Garmin HRM-Dual Heart Rate Monitor (Model HRM3-SS) then this video should be able to help.
    To change the battery successfully you will need the replacement battery (CR2032) and a very small cross head screwdriver, and optionally a magnet to help get the old battery out of the monitor.

    Wish it was that easy but mine has Torx screws in it which no normal person has the screwdriver for at home :D

      Yes, I've heard that some models are fitted with Torx screws - they are becoming more common and I use a cheap screwdrivre set from Amazon for low torque applications like this. amzn.to/3mLkHEn

    if it was so easy , nobody talk about it , its fucked upp here , screws are ruind , and i have no solution anymore !!

      Replacement screws can be obtained from Garmin or a watch repair outfit such as Timpsons. If it's the head of the screws try using a different sized screwdriver
