    Great video! This is almost the same exact process I use. When the price of a whole turkey is so low, you absolutely must take advantage of it! I did 6 last year. So far this year I've only done two. The versatility of this canned meat is the appeal to me. It's like having fast food in a jar and you know all the ingredients.

      Yes, I don't buy much ready to use meat because of cost, preservatives, etc. this is the convenience of premade but still cheap and simple ingredients.

    Katie, I generally like watching your videos and maybe I’m just a big baby or too soft to stomach but it literally looks like science experiments in the jars. Remember how you go to biology and you would see things in formaldehyde
