Trains at: Adderley Park, WCML, 15/08/16

- An excellent session spent at Adderley Park on the West Coast Mainline where we see plenty of services from Virgin Trains, London Midland, Cross Country and Arriva Trains Wales.
This station is very small station with only 1 service stopping every hour in each direction going to and from Birmingham International, you get fairly decent views of the line both north and south so you have plenty of time to prepare yourself. My next station is Stechford

By the way everyone, the bridge at the end of the platform is the B4145 road

Brilliant Video! :-) Great seeing LM and VT trains speed up and slow down. Many Glasgow and Edinburgh Pendolino services stop at Birmingham New Street and Birmingham International. Some Edinburgh-Euston Pendolino services also stop at Sandwell and Dudley. I think Southern Rail and Thameslink should serve Birmingham International.
Sandwell & Dudley is near my dads work. This fact is true. Sometimes he sees trains from the office

60 on the up 65/25 on the down iirc. Changes to 100/95 on the up and 100 on the down before you get to Stetchford.
it's strange when your traveling on the line, you can feel the acceleration and deceleration of the trains as they get past certain points on the line

Thank you very much for saying so and thanks ever so much for subscribing to my channel. It depends on what you look for when you go out trainspotting. Do you look for a good mixture of freight and passenger traction because if you do then I would say Doncaster is the best one to film at.

round about the 4.00min mark the pendalino going to manchester went through a red light just passed the bridge.
Was the signal faulty?.

If the signal was faulty, the rest of the trains on the line would be cancelled to allow the repair people to repair it.

Also pendolinos do not go Manchester from Birmingham
It's yellow, the colour balance in the video is shitty so it looks red. To highlight this skip forwards to about 6:40 in the video and you can see the signal change from obviously red to looks a bit like red but is actually yellow.
they do from new street to piccadilly dont they?

adderley park is that on the way to Liverpool lime streer
Birmingham to Liverpool is northbound but Adderley Park is southbound.

It is. The Birmingham New Street to Birmingham International shuttle 323 service stops there.

I'm really not keen on this station, the area is very run down and dodgy, but none the less a great film
because of where it's located it's unstaffed and nature has pretty much taking over the platforms. But I'm glad you enjoyed the film
