i am still a level 1 pleb(lesson 13 as of today!), but i am loving all of the resources that ttmik has made available to us. between the text/workbooks, the soundcloud audio files, and these youtube videos you certainly are not holding back with the learning tools!
it is becoming easier to watch videos like these that are far above my current comprehension because i am still able to pick up little nuggets of knowledge and just the practice of saying the words and phrases helps with my overall language familiarity so that when i do get to that section of lessons i understand it all that little bit better. to the entire ttmik team: 감사합니다!

I laughed at the ending. Luckily, my understanding is correct after looking at the transcript.
Level 1 was a 100% for me.
Level 2 a bit hard, maybe around 40%.
But Level 3 is better, around 80% understanding.
I guess I have to keep up with the vocabulary.

How do you learn the vocabulary? I'm currently struggle with the vocabulary
I still don't know some of the phrases but I am proud that I am progressing and can understand some of them. I'll study harder so that I can be more fluent. Thank you for your effort in making this TTMIK! 💕

I just started level 3, and I understand probably 40% of this. The first half was easier. Once I finish level 3, I'll come back and see if I understand it all! I'm so excited 😭
Edit: one month later, and I finished level 3! So after listening to this, I heard a lot of things I didn't hear the first time. I understood about 64% of it without text, and with the Korean text I understood about 85%! Rough guess, but I definitely increased 💓😊

same! i think because I've only been used to recieving informations or lessons, but never really use it for my daily life. that makes me realize that learning a language is all about balancing the input and the output.

Can you tell me how you learn vocabs? I can do 5 lessons in one sitting and remember everything but memorizing words is the toughest for me.
I stopped learning korean because it was so hard to continue and i didn’t feel any progress but this made me wanna continue so i will start learning again! Thank you ttmik ❤️❤️

Just came from listening test level 1&2.
Test 1 - 100%
Test 2 - 100% but challenging
Test 3 - 95% there were 8 vocabs that I didn't know
I wrote everything down while listening and got everything right except the 8 words.
I have only studied level 1 with ttmik and I think I did well considering I haven't studied anything more. Kdrama helps a ton!

I have mostly self studied, I was already personally aware that my listening skills were high above my talking or writing skills but this was really cool to know I could easily understand everything in the level 2 and level 3 (I must have missed level 1 as I just came across this on RUclips)

I'm just a third into level 3, but I could kinda get a grasp of what's happening and couldn't stop laughing 😂😂 This level's test blows the other tests out of the water.

Su-ah: Tomorrow? Where?
민호: 제 사무실 앞에 공원이 있어요.
Minho: There is a park in front of my office.

Su-ah: At what time?
민호: 아침 10시 괜찮아요?

i didnt understand everything but i knew what they where talking about in general, i'd say i probably understood between 50 and 70% before reading the transcript :) i never thought my listening skills where already this 'high'

This is way beyond my level, but I think the inclusion of ambient noise and phone distortion was awesome. Conversations don't often occur in studio quality, so learning to hear accurately despite distractions is important. 🙂
i am currently at level 2 lesson 22 but i already listened to the korean listening thing for that level. turned out that i can only understand 1/4 from it. 😆 and listening to this right now is absolutely insane. I understood 3/4 of the conversation. better than level 2. 😆
I learned Korean I think 6 months ago I just learned al the grammer's and many words and I talk with my sister and I think the main reason I'm growing faster is kdramas 😂 I listen properly while watching I sometimes go back and turn Korean subtitles on its great

I spent the past 7 years or so learning passively from kdramas and music (and surprisingly learned a LOT), but I only started formally studying in March!
