PUMPKIN BREAD RECIPE

  • INGREDIENTS
    3 large eggs
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1/4 cup of brown sugar
    1/4 cups of milk
    2 teaspoons of vanilla
    3/4 cup of vegetable oil
    1 1/4 cups of pure pumpkin puree
    2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
    2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
    3/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
    3/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon of salt
    2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
    pumpkin seeds
    DIRECTIONS
    beat the eggs and both kinds of sugar together for 1 minute, add the vanilla , milk and oil and mix to combine.
    add the pumpkin puree and mix (it's normal if the mixture curdles) .
    now add all the dry ingredients and mix to combine but make sure to not over mix.
    transfer the batter to a loaf pan ( 9.25x5.25x2.75 inch) .
    top it with the pumpkin seeds and bake it at 350 F for about 70 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
    remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before transferring it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
