This should be getting way more views. Fantastic work on demoing this, Adam! It is hands down the best prop (in our opinion, of course) that Horizon has ever produced.
Can’t wait to see your review; do you have your copy yet? If not, Horizon needs to get on the stick! Each of you bring good content without boring redundancy. Thanks for that!
@@ModelAV8RChannel I did but the plane is so small in the video it's kinda funny. Speaking of sticks someone gave me a mini ultra stick maybe 1000mm needs some hinges but pretty cool none the less. Almost done with my decathlon and on to the next project
@@RubyS.1 Okay, gotcha. Ruby that is great, I'm so glad you are doing the modeling part of the hobby. The mini Ultra Stick is a great airplane, very similar to the Stick we did a episode on. You'll enjoy it. Get some more footage of the Decathlon, they are awesome!
Absolutely one of my most favorite channels on You tube. Incredible flying without the gloating and icing on the cake is doing it with a Transmitter that most of us average pilots can afford. No crazy advance mixing. Love the fact that you set it up as in the book. Good selling. Point. You certainly have my attention.😊. I love the fact that we use similar expo rates , but you are absolutely a way better pilot then I am. Thanks for twisting my arm on this plane. Love the special forces ops. Lol.

@@ModelAV8RChannel Do you happen to know how to get the cargo ramp door off to replace the ramp servo? (Maybe it just doesn't come off...) Hi Adam - Very NICE - My order for this one was placed a few days ago (not due here in the UK for until middle to end of June ) - Mind you saying that i am still waiting for my 2m T28 - not arrived yet !!!, I always wanted to get the Orange and white one - but quite pleased I never did - it had issues that should have been addressed with this V2 version and I just love the military look.. I notice just like the old one the wheels sound CR*P - something about the Axles - just hate the sound so I am going to have to do something about that - Cool video Adam, Tas always full of information - Look after yourself and your loved ones - Martyn
Hey Martyn! Hope you're hanging in there my friend and that you and yours are well. This is an amazing plane. You will enjoy it...dropping stuff out of that cargo bay is so much fun! You may be able to grease the wheels. They do vibrate in flight at full speed. You will also love the T-28...
Excellent review and demo as usual Adam! Great filming by Heidi too! This plane is pretty amazing. I like all of the options and features. The camera mounting options and cargo drop feature are great! This would be a great candy drop plane for club events! Awesome performance from a plane like this too.😎👍
Thanks very much Keith! Man I thought the same thing. Gotta see how much candy it can haul and still fly. Balance may be an issue. How's your mom man? Doing well I hope!
I wouldn't have ever considered doing 3d with a plane like that. Absolutely awesome. Really enjoyed all of the overall videos and flying. Would really like to see the full flap setup and some combat drops and short field take offs and landings. Amazing job Adam.
Thanks so much David. It was a big surprise to me. It it so capable but still easy to fly. Does many things well. The cargo bay door is a hoot to play with!

I spent 30 years in the Air Force flying C-130s, but I have no desire for RC cargo planes or airliners. It does look like a nice model though. My next plane I'm thinking of the FMS Voodoo. Thanks for the content.
Great video as always... Appreciate the effort it took to make this.. Btw, you are a Jack Wagon, you should've caught it while hovering.. (I know you thought about it for a second...). 🙂
Those "special forces" guys seemed a bit reluctant to deploy. Didnt look they had a choice, though 😂 (very cool interior "action" footage) Certainly not sneeking up on anyone with that less than silent gear. But wow! What a capable, durable, fun cargo plane 👍 Thanks!!
Adam great review, HH really did a great job on the updates, really like the front of the fuse top vent to help pushing any cargo out the ramp. The new prop adaptors or perfect. Jeff in LA USA
Great review Adam. Always enjoy watching your videos. The format and info are most helpful. If you had hovered thru the shed one more time it would've been a hat trick. ;-) AirHammer out!!
Great review again Adam. Impressive flight characteristics, especially for a cargo plane. Disappointed that E-Flite didn't add gear retracts with this update. The nose wheel poking out looks stupid in flight - I could probably live with the static main gear though.
Thanks Dave. Simple and light is the name of this game. Think Timber or 1.1 T-28 with fixed gear. It is as capable as it is because it is so light and floaty. It resembles a full scale (like a Timber), but it was only inspired by that. It is a sport/3D plane at heart and was never meant to be super scale.
@@ModelAV8RChannel I have not heard anything. I’d appreciate knowing what is going on. Certainly saying a prayer for Tug that everything will be fine for him.
Yep. I have silicone oil in my flight bag. It doesn't sound that bad standing there. Our microphone make makes it sound so much louder and worse! I need to just oil the wheels on everything before we fly...Lol.

Pretty much everything in Horizon's foam line up bigger than ultra micro is EPO. We bought the Beech when it came out. To be fair we only have about 40 flights on it, but the EPO and paint are in fine shape still.

Technically you need 8 channels to use all features. That would be AS3X/SAFE on a switch, full span aileron mix on a switch, and the cargo door. That said, if you don't activate SAFE or do a full spam aileron mix you won't need 8, you can have the cargo door on channel 6.
