    *Thanks again to HOMESCAPES for making this video possible! You can support my channel by downloading it here:* clik.cc/homescapes_robgavagan - and a huge thank you to all of you who watched this video. Don't forget to turn RUclips notifications ON in your phone's settings. A lot of people wonder why they don't get notified when I upload. It's likely because you have notifications disabled through your phone's settings itself. That needs to be enabled for it to work. I know that's kind of a pain in the ass, but such is life.
    The support so many of you have shown me is phenomenal. It really means a LOT. I want you all to know that I sincerely wish you the best through any struggles you're going through in life. Creating content for you has been one of the greatest honors of my lifetime and I'll always consider it that way. So, I truly hope that my content can help you through what you're dealing with, even if it's just as a simple distraction.
    Please take care of yourselves out there.

    I hate to accuse the mother without something more definitive but I do find it suspicious that she would call her daughter so soon after leaving the house, especially when it seems like Leigh was going back to sleep... AND why did she immediately panic and leave work that soon after arriving? Most parents would have waited til maybe lunchtime to call and assumed she was in the shower or sleeping when the first call went unanswered, wait 30 minutes or so before trying to call back. And how did the perp know that Leigh would be left alone for the first time this day? And then time everything so perfectly that he missed the mother by mere minutes or perhaps seconds? And what are the odds that something like this even happens the very first time you leave your kid alone in the house? None of it makes sense.

      It was 20 years with 16 of those suspended. A suspended sentence means that you don't actually go to prison for those years, and instead only serve that time if you break bail. So technically him spending 4 years in prison was him serving his sentence. Or at least that's how it is in the UK, so I'm assuming it's the same.

    • @flyingchimp12
      @flyingchimp12 3 года назад +20

      I mean most people come forward without a reward... I don't even think I've ever even heard a story of someone getting a reward, maybe it just doesn't become public though. The reward is intended to get those who committed the crime or those who are loyal to someone who committed the crime to give information, it's not really intended for the general public to come forward

    • @breakerofrocks
      @breakerofrocks 3 года назад

      Well, the crime and/or dark mystery happens first, and then a reward is offered for information that helps in identifying, locating and/or arresting the responsible party, or solving the mystery. Does it really say something so damning or shameful about our world that a reward is offered when the crime has occurred anyway? The crime/uncertainty is undoubtedly worse than the fact that we sometimes offer money or other goods to help solve the crime. I mean if we're already living in a world imperfect enough for the tragedy, then regretting that we sometimes have to offer rewards for help in solving crimes is neither constructive nor realistic.
