+trojan20112011 today i think ive found the issue i was having. The green transistor next to the fuse was burnt . i´ll order a new one from console 5. Ive them replaced the caps and the 7805 too.

caps on the main board are important as well they leak like hell(more importsnt than the on the power audio board for abvious reasons),havnt seen a 7805 go yet,but you never know, there is a small transistor just beofre the one you found i had one with that gone as well, obviously yours dont turn on at all,you casn bypass it just to see if the mega cd still works...but your getting it fixed any so it wont matter much

+trojan20112011 ive already removed the tr4 transistor, the one you mencioned is the tr3 the smaller one right? Yeah ive already replaced the smd caps on the main board too. I have console aready in parts so ill just wait for the parts arrive. So the smaller transistor is beter to change it too?
      thanks
