Hello and thank you for reacting to our Queen Aimer. Some facts about this wonderful girl: She's actually almost 34 years old (born in July in Kumamoto). In her early years when she was 15 she lost her voice due to overuse her cords. Although she refused to get the surgery because she was afraid her voice will change and she won't be able to sing anymore. Instead she went under silent treatment and didn't use her cords at all for the 6 months. Later in her career she created a way for singing to not overuse her cords anymore. That's how her husky voice was created. Still she has some songs in discography which are crazy hard. TK (author of unravel) wrote a song "us" for her, and she admitted that he pushed her with this song to her absolute limits. Definetely recommend seeing her singing "us" live at budokan. Also when you see the song "one" live and get to the lyrics you'll understand emotions behind the song which seems to be just funny cheerful song. Her biggest inspiration for writing English lyrics and playing guitar was Avril Lavigne. Aimer debuted in 2011 and at her early years she was hiding her identity. In one interview she told that was because she want people to love her music not her looks. A few songs gave her huge jumps in recognition like. She collaborated a lot with One OK rock. Although she gave her voice as backing chorus in song "Listen" only, it was perfect collab as you can hear there Taka, Avril Lavigne and Aimer in background! The other side it was a lot more. Taka produduced or composed many songs from the album daydream (most rocky Aimer) and also gave his voice as a background in a song Insane Dream. She appeared as a friend artist in netflix documentary"Flip a coin"where One Ok rock was organising concert on the empty stadium in Tokyo and transmitting it online. She sang with them specially composed song for this event called: rw:project Mou Ichido (which means one more time). She's very nice and shy person but on stage she shines like a queen. If you need any recommendations for her songs feel free to ask. I am her top 0,05% yearly listener for a few years on Spotify!
At age 15, Aimer lost his voice due to overuse of his vocal cords and underwent silent therapy for treatment. After her recovery, she acquired her distinctive husky voice, which became a trademark of her performances.
Aimer her voice can tell the story even though the language you are not familiar with. I've been listening to Japanese music for at least 30 years although i still can't say a word in Japanese. I stopped for about 10 years because i really need to focus on studying English. She is the one bring me back to listen to the Japanese music. Thanks Aimer.
If you really want to know how good Aimer is, please go ahead and check out her live performance of the song “us”. This is not the best song among her collections, but this is for sure the most difficult song to handle. I think she is the only one in Japan that can handle this song well in a live performance.
She's been around like for longer than elish. She's acually from prev. Gen came into industry around 2011. I'd say she's one if not the first to set the trend of this kinda mysterious solo singer, breath-airy vocal technique, and calm but crazy vibrato-style. She's all over the place. Back in her debut, I used to heard people said she's talented, but very rough. As her career progressed, I think she established her style around her second full album which about 3 years after her debut. The modern gen Z singer have this kinda bright, upbeat or sexy vibes. But what she gave, no matter the song actually happy or sad in the lyrics was melancholy, contemplation. I guess this was tie to her weird tone, which strangely became like that after accidentaly injured hers when she was young.
Every time I see her singing One live I cry a little bit. She's smiling so happy singing those lyrics! She's my inspiration for life! A person who love music with all her heart!
surprise that no info is given, her voice is in a special partially harmed condition that she mostly won't go hard, she even always talk softly due to that too
This is definitely her real style. The rock one you heard is the least like her, but it's on purpose for the lyrics and the story. Japanese music loves to show strong brave attitude by weak sound like hers. The rock one is more famous than every her previous song did, is because it's a theme song of a super famous animation series.
If you are considering Japanese singers, I can recommend this singer for a reaction, she is very famous, just on tour in Asia, and is interesting from a vocal point of view: Reol - 切っ先 / THE FIRST TAKE
Aimer❤
Aimer is always the best in my opinion. She's coming to Hong Kong in July cannot wait for her to come!

For the first 5 years of her career, Aimer also did not show her face, like Ado
I recommend that you review Aimer's "","" performance at Sawano Hiroyuki's concert.

Aimer
I love her slow beat song with her sweet vocal. Torches a , sailing, Marie,六等星之夜…etc
If you really want to know how good Aimer is, please go ahead and check out her live performance of the song “us”. This is not the best song among her collections, but this is for sure the most difficult song to handle. I think she is the only one in Japan that can handle this song well in a live performance.
recommendation↓🤔

Dawn
推薦Aimer 的RE:I AM
個人推薦Aimer的 “I beg you” 👍
King Gnu
I want you to listen to 花の唄(hana no uta) and Ref:rain
Good video. You should react to her song called "us" live version in budokan
This is definitely her real style.

It's a must and you'll love it!
If you are considering Japanese singers, I can recommend this singer for a reaction, she is very famous, just on tour in Asia, and is interesting from a vocal point of view: Reol - 切っ先 / THE FIRST TAKE
Could we have a react to Jessie J's performances on Singer? I think it would interesting and fresh to the channel.
Please do react to Gigi Delana - I'm with you cover ! 🥰
more AIMER plz!
She has lots of great live performances such as ruclips.net/video/gHmRAypsAak/видео.htmlsi=I0zi3pnLjws4j4J3
Please react to ( I'm with you- cover by Gigi Delana )
坐等Novelbright 0w0b
