I do prenatal yoga daily (I'm 32 weeks) and have been practicing yoga for years, not daily but when I can and this is definitely one of if not my favorite of all the longer vinyasa practices. It is long but not boring fast enough but not too fast paced that I run out of breath. I love the option of easier poses because we usually know we have that option but I like the fact that you keep mentioning it so we know we don't have to stress our bodies and can take it easy. I will continue to do this until the end of pregnancy and even think it's a great video while not pregnant. Thanks for sharing! :D
Thank you Reiko! I've just completed your class (I'm 21 weeks pregnant) and really enjoyed a more intense practice. I hope you and baby are doing well! :)
Carey Fortune Thank you Carey! The 2nd trimester is the best time for exercises so enjoy your happy pregnancy! You too, good luck with you baby and birth :)!
