Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival

Come experience the Phila Chinese Lantern Festival! Located at Franklin Square and running from June 20 - August 18, 2024 at 6th and Race Streets, Philadelphia PA 19106, it is one of the coolest events held anywhere. 1200 works of art will be on display made by some of the worlds best artisans. The centerpiece is a 164 foot dragon, weighing 6000 pounds. Everything was made entirely by hand, with silk fabric stretched over steel frames by a team of 30 people. Tickets are $28 for adults, $16 for children. In my opinion it's worth every penny. Check it out before it's gone!
