Are you typing about Halfnelson or Sparks ? First two Sparks records are indeed their only interesting work. It's a miracle the Maels managed to build their career on those two LP's . Old men should never wear black wigs though , unless they take Elvis impersonators as their role model.
I originally had these songs on tape as a young teenage girlie and also knew every word. Fantastic to hear again. Where the hell do they get their stamina from - such a feat?! Some of my favourite songs ever... OMG Fletcher Honorama - beautiful. I wish I could have been there. Also love A Woofer In Tweeter's Clothing.
💓❤️Thank you!!!! As close to time traveling we'll ever get!! Since I heard of these concerts I think that I nearly could sell my soul to the devil to go back in time and a golden ticket for all the shows and the premiere of 'Exotic Creatures Of The Deep'. Now I think the devil have to wait a while 😂😂
Thank you so much! This is an exceptional labor of love! I saw these guys many times in the 70's and early 80's and always hoped I would get to see them do something, anything from this album but they never did. What a treat this is!!
I dropped my previous life to see this at London 2008. I'm glad it wasn't captured. Those who understood enough that nothing was pretty much more important than being at this were there. The influence of this record has even yet to be fully understood by those except the ceertain master composers. ( M Smith T Smith R Pollard and a very few others.) This nights' equvalence might be the live debut of Stravinsky's Rite of Spring.
Your comment comforts my soul for not being able to make this show from the States. Makes perfect and proper good sense. The first two albums still stun me in their overwhelming brilliance. Of course, plenty that followed had more brilliance but the courage of this early work inspire still....
these videos absolutely are the best ever, will you ever be able to upload other restorations of these shows? i want to see angst in my pants more than ANYTHING
I just noticed, one dislike??? 🤔 Can't be from a Sparks fan, it got to be someone looking for "The Sparks" or some else band with similar name. I hope. 🙄

Slowboat is such a beautiful song, the past few months I've been thinking it's one of their best.
Thank you so much for this Tyler. Can't believe I have been playing this album for 50 years. Never gets old......like Russell!
Me to...still stands the test of time ! Have a lot of affection for this album .
First 2 albums might just be their best work. Amazing show!

Thank you for the upload. Love this show.
I've wanted to see High C live for so long!!!!
Amazed by vocals- especially Big Bands, after all that other singing too! Great job
I didn't think I'd be able to relive this again. Thank you!
Slowboat, yeah! Sweet memories - thank you!

Just amazing! I just have loved them since the 70's and thanks so much! I hope to see them tour again!
So great that you did this, thanks so much. Can't believe Sparks didn't record this for posterity. Such great songs off this and the 2nd album.
I have both early albums bought as a teen and loved them both odd Sparks weren't more popular!
They are in the beginning of their revenge! And more to come!

I think it's great as I almost attended.
Sparks where dreadfully overlooked in the 197Os in first 2 albums which actually where interesting albums!

Poor video and sound quality. Such a historic moment and no decent camera or mic to record it.

Tammy Glover is the one who really gets Sparks' aesthetic on drums: best since the 80's lineup. Tam and Dean.
@@davidames1746 If you say so, but it wasn't really an answer to my question 🥴.
If you read Dave Thomson's authoritive Sparks biography "N°1 Songs in Heaven" it says Nistor was contracted for the 2006 World Tour, previously.
Biology 2 WTF. So good.
