- Deceive Inc How to play Yumi, Character Guide. There are more ways to play this character than i have talked about, however this video should be able to help new players get used to this character and find more ways to take advantage of her skillset and perks.

Based on her outfits and her personality, doesn't Yu Mi seem like exactly the kind of person who would use a slingshot as a primary weapon?

I am loving the game so far! Hopefully it keeps picking up some momentum. I know a lot of people would enjoy if if they gave it a try. Glad you are also enjoying it!
As a solo player, I really wanted to like her and even main her but that slingshot is almost a guaranteed loss in 1v1. I even had more success with Hans (but not much).
She might excel in a team environment though and I imagine that team meta v solo meta will definitely be a thing given enough time.
(Assuming it isn’t already).
Her weapon is a little rough yes. I think in order to win most fights players have to be creative with her, which isn't always easy when a fight can last 4 seconds or less if unexpected. Her healing bubble mixed with a shield though is quite formidable against anyone though. But again you would have to set up for that.
I use yumi completely differently XD but I also play in teams so I guess it's a lot more different! she is super fun to play with her healing bubble! XD
lol i haven't gotten a chance to have fun with her healing bubbles yet. But i bet they work like crazy in team battles! What gadgets do you use?

My apologies for the Double Post, but on a second Watch of this Vid, I managed to think of a question: At 1:40ish - 1:45ish, ya tell about how her EMP Shots destroy "All Gadgets"... does this happen to include her own Gadgets? Can she accidentally Friendly Fire her own Gadgets dead by mistake if she's not careful? (Could be an especially disastrous Synergy Fail with the Turret Gadget...)
Hey! Actually no, her gadgets stay intact. Initially it might have been a bug but hers stay safe 😄

Unfortunately the Devs Nerfed her a lot and she is not as good as before. Her gadjet cooldown ability also dramatically increased😢

I'm unsure if my Casual Player Time would really be able to play this game enough to make it worth it, but it looks so damn cool and fun... Yumi looks like a fun Character too... it's not every day ya can kick booty with a Slingshot, and she can fire Electric Ammo and Electricity/Lightning is my fav Element to beat stuff up with. On the other hand, my Aim and Fast Thinking Skills don't rock...
Is Deceive Inc. the kind of game that demands to be Married to be worth playing...?
I think this is a pretty casual game since matches last only as long as you really want. Even upgrades during the match do not dictate who will win a fight. So you can hop in a match and do well whenever you have time once you get use to the game

Would you say the game is worth buying? Doesn't it get boring after some time??
I think it's worth it since it is $20. I'm sure the price will reduce overtime and possibly even make it to game pass or ps plus etc. The game itself is typically the same, but it's fun in my opinion because you will always find ways to outsmart real people. It's also funny when you think you have it all figured out and your suspicions are wrong.
Similar to the game Among us where its the same thing over and over, but the players and how you play always make it interesting. 😂

Her base headshot damage cannot be 50. Even in the training arena I cannot 2 or even 3 hit the dummy with the base sling
We'll have to wait for custom matches so we can do some testing

Yes she is still pretty much the same! Her gadget cooldown and healing bubble were changed a little, but the same points apply.
@@BlackTalonC lol I’m almost at level 10! Do you happen to know if her weapon 2 is bugged for you where it only does like 6 or 9 damage?
I haven’t had a chance to test the numbers for her slingshot personally but I know there are spreadsheets out that breakdown the damage that might help!
Shes really bad. Weapon is garbage. All variations... compared to others weapons.
Yes, disruptors typically fall short in the weapons department as they are able to excel in other areas such as abilities and passives. The other disruptor is similar in difficult weapon usage, however the devs have already suggested a buff to fix him since his abilities fall short. Overall she takes a special playstyle to use effectively so she isn't for everyone. But i'm confident there's a character that can fit everyones "unique" style.
