We are almost 80 years old. We go to Costco just before the store closes at 8:30 pm in Phoenix…because the rush is over, and we can get handicap parking the last hour. Loved your video. Grandma Bunny.
I love them, but I def recommend taking 32 degrees pretty literally. It seems like winter gear for the south, which is genius, but in the north, it makes for great gear for fall & spring! And it washes very well - my teddy bear fleece jacket gets used as a middle layer a lot & frequently gets left in the car..,where it becomes a napkin, roll of paper towels or dog bed, yet looks AND FEELS like new after laundering. A lot of winter gear is so warm that you have to undress immediately when you come in, but 32 degrees really is perfect if it’s around freezing or above. I only have about 4 months where I can use their clothes but the price is right & it’s great to have the perfect gear for the temp (yeah lol we’re just Americanized Germans where I live, no bad weather, just bad clothing choices 😂). Between Costco, goodwill & tractor supply company, I am toasty & cute all winter for sooo much less than the north face types…
Everyone where I live has always worn shackets. I’ve never not seen dozens of people wearing them. Dads get them as gifts & then they get handed down to mom & kids. The Costco ones are so cute and well priced that we act like we all desperately need lined heavy shirts & don’t have 12 at home 😂 I’m so tempted but already own way too much outerwear & have my dads vintage bright red corduroy shacket that just stands out from the flannel. But I saw some have the fleece in the sleeves too (padded shirts for work didn’t have the fleece originally because men usually wear long shirts under them & then overheat & push up all their sleeves - tbh this is the craziest trend I’ve ever seen, it would be like muck boots being the hottest trend! I’m waiting for carhartt coveralls to go viral 😂)
I’ve been picking up super cute Costco clothes for quite a few years now, at first I just started with their outdoor activewear, but I’ve got two of the fur type vests from a few years ago, sweaters, flannels, definitely better quality than Walmart, and the size selection is always good too… and I get compliments all the time not just my friends and family, but others as well
Same! In my professional life, I have to look polished casual but often have to crawl, carry heavy stuff, or do jumping jacks, AND in my home life, I care for my elderly mom. The “Costco look” isn’t for everyone, but those pieces that feel & perform like athleisure but look a little more dressy ARE GOLD. Between the sleek skirts with the completely hidden shorts (no more diaper butt skorts) and all the pockets, and the “walking pants” that look like cropped trousers with a blazer, my work wardrobe is half Costco lately. I mostly buy thrifted clothes, but Costco & Tractor Supply Co (the best utility & winter wear, I get nonstop compliments on my “cargo trousers” at work - they are hiking/work leggings with some structure & pant shape to them, absolutely designed to get filthy dirty & beat up, $27 & look like very cute modern business casual slacks lol- nice muted colors not the usual brights)
My only complaint with Costco clothes is that we are quite small in my family & I do have to size up 1-2 sizes, so no jeans or certain things that I want to fit trimly, and my son can’t buy anything there but jackets, but he is so lean he has to special order jeans & blazers. But they can’t do these deals with the outlier sizes included, even Target & WM skip 00-2 here, WM starts at 6 like Costco, I’m sure it’s even different in different markets, so I’d rather have nice slightly baggy clothes than stuff I can’t afford anyway lol… at least they carry styles where sizing is more flexible! And if that sounded braggy about sizes, I look like Bride of Crypt Keeper, I’m not hot skinny lol. I get offered the senior discount *aggressively* but I am not that old lol…
Love the video!! I just got the Puma sweat shirt with matching wide legs pants. Great travel piece, used it for trip to Canada. Comes in 3 colors, cream, lavender and black.😊
My husband is usually very impressed with the mens clothes he brings home from Costco. He buys a lot of his button down shirts for work from there. They last a long time, and at those prices, it’s okay if something happens to them.
Please do not do Walmart! I am tired of seeing all the Walmart videos as although the clothes look good on influencers, they are usually disappointing when ordered. And, can we stop with all the wasteful fast fashion…?
I don’t watch any of the Walmart or Amazon videos that creators make. Not interested in the fast fashion. For a while I watched just for ideas in putting outfits together (with other brands clothes) but have stopped doing that. I trust Melissa as she tells us like it is.
A lot of the clothing I’ve bought from Costco pills. Quickly. I bought a couple sweaters that pilled in one wear. Most of my clothes I wear doing barn work so I don’t get upset about the pilling but … eye wide open.
I went to Sam's Club today because I didn't have time to fight the parking lot and crowd at Costco. I generally prefer Costco for most items, but sometimes I'm in a hurry. I picked up some puffer jackets and vests recently...couldn't resist the prices.
Loved the video! I found a dupe a couple of years ago of a jacket that sold at athleta. Also i have found a couple of dupes at kohls of Nordstrom apparel.
Funny, growing up all the Hispanic boys and men wore flannel shirts and really, the only other people I saw with them were like lumberjacks. Now those exact same flannels are being worn by everyone.
@@blueyz9797 I disagree. I bought some Banana Rebpublic pants last fall that have a zipper and pockets that are dressier than joggers but not as dressy as slacks and I love them. I bought them in Charlotte, NC and wanted to get a pair in a different color where I live in Ca. and couldn't find them instore or online. They are comfortable and stylish and good quality. They were $15- $20, I think $17. Maybe they will be in stock this year.
I bought two pairs of linen, wide leg, cropped pants from the brand Splendid at Costco last summer. They have an elastic tie waist and pockets! I saw the same brand pants online and at Nordstrom Rack for triple the price. These pants were $14 each! So we are talking for the exact same brand, Splendid, which is not inexpensive anywhere else.
@@priscillakhoury9898 what I’m saying is no one can resemble or mimics the quality or performance that a available at lover price, specifically LuLuLemon brand

Thank you for covering Costco! No one does them. They really need to pursue the dup lane more and you have found some great ones.
Refreshing to see a Costco fashion video. So rare so good so demure 😊
I love shopping Costco for athletic wear at a huge discount, thank you for this video !
Me too!!❤❤
I buy a lot of clothes from Costco. I love your video and thank you sharing!
You are so welcome!❤
The 32 degree brand is just overall a good brand. I have purchased various items from underlines to down vests, and never been disappointed.

@ yes, I live in the Pacific Northwest and it doesn’t get super cold here. But post menopause I am so warm natured I absolutely have to go in layers.
GREAT video! LOVED seeing all the comparisons.
I'm glad you loved the dupes!
I love the women’s Eddie Bauer fleece lined pants ! Bought 2 pair last year and 2 more this year !
The pink Sherpa shirt looked amazing on you really pretty color on you ❤

I love Costco so much that I buy them all
I was just there and there are so many good finds there!!!! They had womens flannels for $9.99 and they are so soft

I definitely do not watch the Wal Mart fashion videos. When I see them in person they look very cheap and low quality.
This *esluxy* could totally be your go-to!

I live in Texas don’t want thick PJs even in winter…
haha I bet you don't... I used to live in Texas too. Although when the AC is pumping there are moments a good blanket works! :)
Yes! Love your videos! Please do Walmart next! If life to know if you think the quality is dupable!
God bless this woman! Her *esluxy* bag is amazing
Probably the price of a *esluxy* is the actually production price for the original one...Mad world we live in.
All synthetic
My family calls synthetic Clothes plastic. NO breathability
Hate those flannel “ shockers’,
The Danskin leggings don't tend to stay up real well.
I've purchased danskin at Marshall's and it washed horrible, pulling after first wash, I now stay away from this brand
Good to know, thank you for including this! Mine have done fairly well but I love getting this feedback for people to be aware of
Just wait a month They will all be on clearance for less than $10.
It's not a flannel shirt , these stuff all made of polyester
I would suggest you wear better support bras, 🎉
Im confused- Costco is selling banana republic?
Horrible stuff w BR label. Terrible fabric & no style pieces. I’m a BR fan.
