You're someone fairly young, I imagine. That energy, that drive - they don't last, sadly. One day, sooner rather than later, you'll wake up at 45 and you'll recognise the unescapable fact that you're a middle-aged man. That you have gotten old... So while it is still there, use that energy but most of all enjoy it! Enjoy the strength and the health of a young man.🙂
We don't train ourselves to show u our aesthetic body we train to failure every single day to fill out that emptiness inside us and to fight demons we encounter everyday inside us ...brah keep on growing ..and ignore shitmouths
