L&T and NICMAR Partner to Launch Co-Branded M.Tech Programs

In a novel move to bridge the gap between academia and industry, L&T and NICMAR have partnered to launch co-branded M.Tech programs, starting this academic year.
Dr Sushma S Kulkarni, Inaugural Vice-Chancellor, NICMAR, Pune, and the Chief Guest of the event, underscored the relevance of this partnership in today's context. She said, "Technical skillset and problem-solving abilities, along with logistics and managerial skills, are the need of the hour. The curriculum designed by L&T EduTech and NICMAR, considering the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020, aims to develop core engineers with a focus on analytical approaches to designing practical and scalable solutions."
The MoU was signed on May 22, 2024, by Dr Sushma S Kulkarni and Dr C Jayakumar, Executive Vice President & CHRO, L&T, in the presence of other distinguished dignitaries from partnering institutions.
