The willingness of the developers to put details in maps without ever involving them in a quest never ceases to amaze me! Happy anniversary all!

I journed through the lonelands as a loremaster last week and it was quite entertaining to support Radagast in his quest to cleanse the land.
Your videos are highly entertaining and very relaxing. I hope the algorithm is with you, as the whole series gives great value to any lord of the rings fan. :)

This game, this MASSIVE multiplayer online world never ceases to amaze me. It is the only MMO I have been able to fully immerse myself into, and still play it 11 + years from the time I started. Love to just take a walk in this world and show new people where to go.

The music in this area makes it great for me......almost exactly the same feel as Westfall in WOW.

This is one of my favorite zones, esp. since they revamped it way back when. I love how much Radagast has a part to play.

    Hey!
really amazing work that you do. I have played since launch and what you describe in many of your videos is the same reasons why I have stayed andstill love the game. Didn't really know what video to post under so I picked one of the first that I enjoyed. Thank you for the nice work and let's keep on fighting for this game to stay alive and be rediscovered by many more. Good, good job mate!

Nicely done, returning player here from 2016, it's always nice to learn more detail about this game, it's such a big world it can be easy to overlook the small details.

That's one thing I like about LotRO. The original devs cared deeply about the lore, and deeply about getting everything just right. To the point where, if a player pointed out inaccuracies, they'd go out of their way to change it. Examples of this are the mill in Hobbiton which underwent a drastic redesign around launch, and the Barrows which changed appearance sometime later. There are many hidden areas that have relevance to lore, but are not relevant to gameplay at all.
My feeling is that LotRO suffered when it changed hands. Nowadays, lore seems an afterthought, more of a hindrance than an asset. Don't get me wrong, it's still fun to play. It just feels like the newer areas are cobbled together without rhyme or reason. Swanfleet in particular does not feel right at all.

It's more like they have much less info to go by, so they have more freedom. As for the team itself, as far as I know much of the original developers from Turbine are still working on the game now. It's not like they got completely replaced. Scenario and Made of Lions still work on the game, being the biggest names even during the time of Turbine.
      What feels wrong with Swanfleet?

Wonderful video! What was the outro song?

The outro song is a cover I wrote of the Archet theme. You can find my cover here: ruclips.net/video/YJvRJ6M3RbM/видео.html
The original soundtrack can be found here: ruclips.net/video/sz5_3TnsBto/видео.html

The gameplay and Layout of Moria is making me dislike lotro atm

I can understand that, but wait till you get to Lothlorien. It's one of the best feelings in the game after being stuck in Moria for so long.
