    My lefty granddaughter asked me to teach her to crochet. Yay! I'm right handed. Yikes! I'll have to watch your lefty videos so I can teach her. Thank you for these.

    Omg you're so talented. You can crochet using both left and right hands. I can only dream that shit.

    I've just made a hat and want a scarf in matching yarn to go with it, so I'm doing a berry stitch scarf! I love how it looks and this video is easy to follow 🙂 really enjoying my crochet journey so far!

    Thanks very much from a leftie 👍 It's a lovely stitch, with an easy to remember repeat.⭐🦘
    ❓❓❓❓ I 've been wanting to ask, which type of projects would you use a row of chain to start a project? And when or what would you use with the chainless start❓❓❓❓

      You're welcome 😊 I think most projects begin with a standard chain, including blankets. A chainless foundation does give a neater finish, I find, so is good to use for garments and projects that won't have a border added to the end.

    Lovely tutorial and so easy to follow. Would I be able to use a super chunky yarn for this stitch to make a blanket? I will use King Cole yummy super chunky yarn If so what size hook would you recommend please?

      Thank you 😊 Yes, this stitch will work with any weight yarn. I would begin by using the hook size recommended on the yarn band and crochet a small sample piece to see how it looks; if you're not happy you can adjust the hook size up or down to suit 😊

    How come mine is sooo curly?? No matter how loose I do it, it never lays flat... am I doing something wrong?

    • @bellacococrochet
      @bellacococrochet  2 года назад +1

      It's normal for crochet to curl into a spiral at first until you add more rows 😊 Once you have worked more of the pattern you should find that it lays nice and flat.
