What is DCP? In which situation are the speakers saying that we shouldn't ask an unnecessary question?

Hi Keshav,
DCP stands for Desperate Class Participation. This is nothing but asking silly and unnecessary questions in your interactions. You should avoid this in all situations.
The idea is to ask questions that are relevant and that you are really curious to know more about. You should never ask questions for the sake of asking questions.

I am just graduating from BSC ( math)
