My delivery was also same i went for a normal checkup and dr examined me internally and told me that my cervix was 3 cm open. They admitted me the same time in the afternoon 3 pm but the pains didn't start. They inserted some gel for artificial pains but nothing happened. Then at 9pm they gave me injection for induced pain and the pains started at around 9:15pm and after 2.5 hrs they took me to delivery room when my cervix got 10cm open. I made only 2 pushes and my baby (Naksh) came out immediately. Thanks to god that i didn't faced too much pains... ☺😊

And i thought i was the only one who cried after giving birth to my baby!! It started since doctors kept my little Ayansh on my chest and i heard him crying. I literally cried loud for so long... Doctors and nurses were like “ why r u crying, u should be happy”, bt i couldn’t stop crying.

Do not worry about normal delivery just have ghee and milk before going to hospital.....and it is easy just trust the god

I had a c section unfortunately my doctor was not at all supportive and caring and she always wanted me to have a c section... I wish i had a doctor like urs... I was in labour pain and contractions for 7 hours and my pains were terrible... But my doc asked me to under go c section as i was unable to bear the pain... I asked my doc for the epidural but she refused and i had to undergo c section as my cervix was only 1 cm... Anyways i am blessed with a baby girl and wen my baby came out... I started crying so hard and the doctors mentioned that she is having tears of happiness... My baby girl is 3 weeks old... She is sooo special as i had my baby after 7 years of my marriage... After alott of pain and prayers...
Even I cried a lot but everyone thought that I am crying because I delivered a baby girl and not a baby boy.. but fact is that me and my husband wanted our first child as a baby girl so my tears burst out of happiness.. that moment was really special.. even I had a c sec..

Hey.. very sweet and honest video indeed and I’m happy you had a normal birth.. if you felt supported and loved during the delivery and your baby is well that’s what matters most.... however as a Birth coach, I need to highlight some of the parts that are factually incorrect. Pls do not see this as a criticism but as useful information for other people reading this.
1. An internal pelvic exam doesn’t cause water to break unless the doctor intended to and it’s not advised to break the water before labor has started naturally.
2. You seem to have been induced very soon. Even after water starts to leak u can usually wait safely for 2-3 days unless there’s a medical need.
3. Normal labor pain is not as painful as induced labor pain - that’s probably why u felt so much pain and had all the vomiting.
4. There are many non medical ways to reduce pain that should be tried before epidural is used - your care team didn’t offer u any. Some of them are positions, movements, massage, hydrotherapy, relaxation etc
5. Epidural is safe in general but has it’s risks and does effect the baby’s early motor skills and ability to latch and feed. It also makes u immobile and slows natural labor progress - so u need more chemicals to speed up labor and may need a vacuum or forceps for the birth - it causes a cascade of interventions.
6. Having your birth companion with u during deliver is mandatory as per government guidelines.
7. You don’t need to learn how to push your baby 😊, your body knows it very well - and I believe that u did have the opportunity to experience that and that’s wonderful 👍

I have 2kids and both the time i have gone through normal delivery and blessed with 2baby boys..
I can recall all moments as you are telling your story though I had caesarean.. I was induced with artificial pains but I didn’t still had any pain also no opening of cervix at all even after 12 hours so had to go for c only.. but this journey doesn’t matter c or normal it’s incredible!!
I also faced all these things and after 20 hours of pen I gave birth to a baby girl

I am so sad that I could not have normal delivery...from day 1 of my pregnancy, i wished for a normal delivery and mentally prepared myself...but as we lived in a small town, there were no good setup to go for normal delivery with proper monitoring of labour and baby...so I had to go for planned c section...the worst part is I'm myself a gynaecologist, but u can't treat yourself always 😢😢

You can say NO to Internal Examination in 9th Month.
I have herd from friends and seen many labour-delivery stories where women have shared that their water was broken during internal examination. I feel it is a trick to get the patient to C-section. Therefore, I did some research for internal examination, II found you can simply deny ie. say 'NO'. Because there are other ways to determine that the women is in labour. Internal examination is an old technique. In this new technical age there are many technological ways to find out the women is ready or not.
So, I advice all those who are watching this video say no to internal examination. Remember India is a country where C-section percentages are very high. It has found out that hospitals purposely encourage patients for it.
Doctors don't listen to patients at last moment.

Evan I want to my husband should be there with me in my dilevery room but I'm leaving in small town and here no one hospitals allowed to family members in dilevery room 😔 I'm still trying to convince my Dr. , I can't take risks to go an other cities because road is not in good condition and my Dr not allowed to travel.

Mujhe apni delivery yaad aa gyi 😊 epidural maine suna tha par jarurat ni padi mujhe aur ek baat mai bht jyada chillayi thi meri doctor mujhe baar baar bol rhi thi ki chillane se aap thak jaoge energy ni rhegi par mai ruki nhi🤣 finally baby ho gya mujhe aap jitna lamba time ka struggle ni krna pada mai raat 10 bje admit hui aur 1:22 pe baby ho gya aur haa ye mera first time public comment h kisi k you tube blog pe vrna mai bas video enjoy krti hu par aapke is blog pe comment krne se khud ko rok nhi payi . it's heart touching really❤️
