    Tim Duncan's the only basketball player alive that makes boring fundamental basketball so entertaining.

    Duncan is top 10 all time easily! I have him in my top 5 all time because no matter what year he was in he was the most impactful player on the floor and this current 2020 season proves his value with him retired and the spurs are under .500

      Unfortunately not. His good knee died. There was a massive drop off mid year and against the Thunder he was missing uncontested lay ups cos his balance was gone.
      The wheels fell off my friend.

      Yes I know this comment is old but I love to watch NBA highlights and who doesn't love T.Duncan?
      I just want to point out Duncan was not a power forward at pretty much any point after 2005.
      He was a center for probably 69% of his career but everyone seems to be afraid to rank him property against the goats so they make the PF excuse.

    I love watching all this highlights but it hurts watching 2016 highlights knowing that the Spurs should of went back to back but the league was madly trying super hard to force the Thunder to the finals again on a contract ended for Durant.Theirs no way in hell if the league doesn’t interfere and force the Thunder past the Spurs the Spurs get to the finals again on Duncans last year.The league was already mad the Spurs had won it the year before and their was no way in hell this Thunder team was going to beat the Spurs with the team the Spurs had it was just the league catering to the Thunder once again giving them max foul calls and phantom foul calls as well as going blind and not making the right calls for the Spurs all bs the Spurs should of won.

    Whats so good about tim duncan? He does normal fundamental moves and has good defense. Thats all

    • @jasonsal6742
      @jasonsal6742 3 года назад

      Those normal fundamental skills got him rookie of the year, a title the following year, 2 league MVP'S, 3 finals MVP's, selected to the all NBA teams more times then u can count with two hands, 5 NBA titles, etc.. the list can go on and on..😂😂😂 He has the highest winning percentage of all sports, he has a winning percentage against every NBA team in the league, etc.. You see!?!🐐💯😂😂😂 Those normal fundamentals destroyed a Prime Shaq and Kobe in 1999/2003, He also destroyed a Prime LeBron in 2007/2014, He had 3 more titles that were in his grasp but the Spurs let slip away, and a opportunity to get several more but were beat by incredible shots. There is so much more to be said about Tim Duncan especially because we didn't even discuss is college accomplishments which stand out with the best ever. Tim Duncan may have been normal to you but to true basketball fans of the game Tim Duncan is a very special player. A once in a lifetime generation type of player. He was definitely the goat of his era. And he is definitely in top 5 overall greatest ever to play the game. He also can fight MJ for that number one spot. He was that good. Michael Jordan said at his youth basketball camp to a huge group of kids when asked who was the greatest basketball player playing in the NBA.. Jordan responded with "There are alot of great players playing in the NBA. But if yur asking me for my opinion on who's the greatest basketball player playing in the NBA.. I would have to say Tim Duncan. Tim Duncan is the best player playing in the NBA." Keep in mind.. Michael Jordan said this when Kobe, Shaq, Garnett, Dirk, Wade, LeBron, Iverson, etc.. were all playing in the NBA and at a elite level. Meaning Tim Duncan is the best player since Michael Jordan and Michael Jordan said this himself!💯😂😂😂 Which means just in case u haven't been paying attention!! Magic Johnson pass the torch to Michael Jordan and Michael Jordan passed the torch to Tim Duncan and Tim Duncan passed the torch to LeBron James.💯 Facts!! Not bad for a player with normal fundamental skills!🐐💯😂😂😂✌️

      @@jasonsal6742 no no no that's the point I was trying to make. These casual fans look at him as just a fundamentally sound player with no flashy skills. But, many don't realize his impact, leadership, and winning mentality it took to win multiple awards. I was basically mocking them sorry for the confusion
