무염 버터 50g (실온)
설탕 50g
달걀 1개 (실온)
바닐라 에센스 2g
박력분 90g
아몬드 파우더 20g
베이킹 파우더 3g
우유 45g (실온)
피칸 60g (반죽용: 45g, 장식용: 15g)
0. 머핀틀에 머핀컵을 넣어 두고, 오븐을 170°C로 예열한다.
1. 피칸은 잘게 썰어서, 반죽용(45g)과 토핑용(15g)을 나눠 둔다.
2. 볼에 무염 버터와 설탕을 넣고, 핸드믹서를 이용해, 흰 빛이 돌 때까지 고속으로 3분 정도 섞는다.
3. 풀어둔 달걀을 2번 나누어 넣으며 섞은 뒤, 바닐라 에센스를 더해 섞는다.
4. 박력분, 아몬드 파우더, 베이킹 파우더를 체 쳐 넣고, 우유를 더해 주걱으로 섞는다. 다음, 썰어 둔 피칸(45g)를 넣고 섞는다.
5. 숟가락으로 반죽을 떠서 머핀 컵에 채운 뒤, 반죽 위에 썰어 둔 피칸(15g)을 뿌린다.
6. 예열한 오븐에 25분 정도 굽는다. 다 구워진 머핀은 틀에서 10분 정도 식힌 뒤, 틀에서 꺼내 식힘망에 올려 완전히 식힌다.

Ingredients:
50g unsalted butter (room temperature)
50g sugar
1 egg (room temperature)
2g vanilla essence
90g cake flour
20g almond powder
3g baking powder
45g milk (room temperature)
60g pecans (for the dough: 45g, for decorating: 15g)
0. Line muffin tins with paper muffin cups, and Preheat the oven to 170°C.
1. Chop the pecans into small pieces and divide it into two parts. (for the dough: 45g, for decoration: 15g)
2. Place unsalted butter and sugar in a bowl, using a hand mixer, mix on high speed for 3 minutes, until pale and light.
3. Add beaten egg in 2 additions, and mix well. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
4. Sift cake flour, almond powder and baking powder and add milk and mix well with a rubber spatula. Then, add chopped pecans(45g), and mix well.
5. Spoon the dough into the prepared muffin cups, and sprinkle the top of the dough with chopped pecans(15g).
6. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. When muffins are baked, let cool in the tins for 10 minutes. Then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
