From one editor to another you are making some good progress. I have some constructive criticism for you! When making cuts to the beat try not to space out the scenes as much as it's difficult to follow for the viewer to what's going on. Sometimes just sticking with a single scene for for 6+ seconds can change the continuity of the edit greatly.
Editing to the beat is the best way to get started however if you could edit the beat to what's also going on on screen that adds even more value. For example editing a camera movement to the beat or editing a punch to the beat or a gunshot is just going to add more value to the edit!
At the end of the day all editors have their own formula and improve on their own. My suggestion is to look into warp transitions, work on what the beat is reacting to during the scene, keep the continuity more decipherable and perhaps start looking into some overlay effects and motion graphics like text.
3D camera tracking has some amazing uses if you're using after effects, there are many free plugins online for you to choose and lots of preset packs for both after effects and Adobe premiere. All in all great work and keep up the good stuff!
