I do worry about the consequences of my actions. I love the world around me too much to be careless. I am not a believer. I think people are good. Good enough not to have to fear punishment to be so. I do worry about the consequences of my actions. I love the world around me too much to be careless. I am not a believer. I think people are good. Good enough not to have to fear punishment to be so. I feel like if people are only kind and generous to get into heaven then it becomes a selfish action. Or at the least a transaction.
Jedijazz4 but to what standard of Good ? There’s law in life the same way there is law in society and if them laws are broken then punishment will occur and often the punishment comes from the consequences of our actions. Believers shouldn’t be obedient solely on avoiding punishment, but out of the love, grace and mercy we have been given. Seek the kingdom and more will be revealed.
